Refrigeration management is built right into S3v5. Our integrated approach combines data from the maintenance, purchasing, and inventory functions to track refrigerant flow through your stores, from purchase and receipt to usage and reclamation. We record the type and the source of refrigerant used on each refrigeration job, along with the reason for the use.
Our software automatically calculates annualized leak rates and flags leak incidents. It stores a history of all maintenance jobs related to refrigeration and cooling problems, including a description of the problem, where on the system it occurred, who fixed it, and when. It maintains a database of the licenses and certifications of your service technicians to demonstrate compliance. It can also be used to record your plans for retrofit or retirement, to show that you are exercising due diligence within the EPA guidelines.
"Master Find" reports let you quickly document refrigeration jobs over any time period by a variety of criteria, including equipment unit or system, store, and service technician. The incident report generated for each new leak ensures accurate store records. These tools allow you both to document your regulatory compliance, and to properly maintain your refrigeration equipment.
